We provide full in-house training to all our team members from our apprenticeships to professional qualifications and have recently moved into our state of the art, custom built premises – providing the whole team with the set up they deserve to produce the highest quality of work.

However, it is how we support our staff during their downtime that really sets us apart from other companies. While the factory and offices occupy the ground floor of our new building, upstairs is for the team.

We have a fully stocked canteen with breakfast food, fresh fruit and drinks to keep the team going throughout the day and self-catering facilities to prepare their own meals. Dining space and break out room give plenty space for the team to relax before getting in a game or darts, ping pong or pool to practice for our team games afternoons.

Our in house fully equipped gym keeps the team fit and allows them to train for any of our team building days; Tough Mudder or the next event; the Edinburgh half marathon.

As a team we work hard, play hard and celebrate the collective success of the company with our quarterly bonus scheme and team days.
